The current weekly rental
fee is

1-2 persons - £300 - $550
3-4 persons - £350 - $650
5-6 persons - £400 - $7406 persons - £400

| Payments
may be made in either UK sterling or US dollars. |
| This rental
is fully inclusive of all services including pool heating and cleaning
prior to and after arrival. The exception to this is the telephone
service, the cost of which is recharged if used. |

Bookings are secured upon payment of £150
- $275 deposit. This deposit is not refundable. Full payment becomes
due 6 weeks prior to the letting date.

| An additional
key deposit of £125 - $225 is charged. This is refunded when
the keys are returned, less any telephone costs or if there are any
breakages for which the visitor is liable. |
